Thinking back to over a year ago, sitting inside of my dining room with Eun and a few others, I mentioned that I needed to get a cake for my husband’s upcoming birthday. Eun casually mentioned that she was starting to “get into making cakes”, and now here I am writing a piece for her very own website! From her very first creation to the dozens of cakes I have ordered since, I am beyond amazed with each one. Eun works and collaborates with you throughout the process to help your sweet visions come to life, while the end products always exceed what you had initially hoped for. With every celebration, my kids make sure that there is an Eun cake involved. From birthdays to half birthdays, to new babies, to beating cancer, to the “just because” events, Eun’s cakes truly make every event extra special. I am so proud to see this blooming throughout the community and hearing the heartfelt stories of the celebrations that included one of Eun’s amazing cakes!

What can I say about Happy Clementine… THAT SHE IS SO INCREDIBLY TALENTED! I have had many cakes in my life and this is the first cake I have absolutely raved about and shared to everyone I know. Not only is she talented, but the amount of creative thought process that goes into each cake is amazing. Her cakes are all unique and different and I like the fact that im not going to Costco or a bakery where Its the same cake over and over again. I love that it feels personal and that the cake im ordering no one else will have. I love that she is very communicative through the whole process. The cake itself is crave worthy. The perfect ratio of Frosting and cake. Ive recommended her to everyone I know. Such a huge find in Gig Harbor! If you have no tried Eun’s cake, what are you waiting for! You will not be disappointed!

Eun made the most stunningly creative and playful custom two-layer cake for my son’s birthday. It was not only a true work of art, but was also made to reflect his interests. The cake brought actual tears to my son’s eyes on his 6th birthday! Thank you, Eun, for making his birthday so memorable! I want Happy Clementine cakes for every family birthday for the rest of my life!

The cake that Eun made for my daughter’s 4th birthday party was absolutely AMAZING. My daughter loves Frozen and Eun’s design was beyond what I expected. It was so pretty that none of us didn’t even wanna touch it! But, we did and to our surprise the cake was incredible. I shared some with our neighbors and they too said it was really tasty and they wanted seconds! This was a special cake for us so THANK YOU Eun aka miss Happy Clementine. I’ve been ordering cakes from Happy Clementine since she first started making cakes as a little hobby and I’ll never go anywhere else again for a cake! Not only are each of her cakes absolutely stunning on the outside, the taste is insanely delicious! I think by now we’ve tried them all and it’s so hard to choose a favorite flavor. Working with Eun is by far the best part of the entire experience as she’s not only incredibly creative and talented, but she always far exceeds expectations. I’ve sent pictures of cakes I’ve seen online and sometimes only shared colors or a particular style and she always blows me away with what she comes up with. Every single cake is absolute perfection. These are hands down the best cakes around, made by one of the best people you’ll ever work with.
