How do I cut my cake when I am ready to serve it?

Cutting a cake can seem intimidating but it’s actually quite easy! Please watch the video below for a quick tutorial.

I love your cakes! How do I inquire about a cake or go about placing my order?

Can I provide an inspiration picture for my cake?

Inspiration pictures are always welcome, but please know that each and every cake is custom crafted and unique, and as such inspiration pictures will not be replicated exactly.

How many flavors can I choose?

You are welcome to choose one flavor for each cake and/or tier.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?

The Happy Clementine kitchen processes eggs, gluten, nuts, and dairy, however we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, and others) upon request.

Is delivery available?

Delivery is not available outside of Gig Harbor. Delivery can be arranged within the Gig Harbor area starting at $20.

How should I transport my cake?

The best way to ensure your cake makes it safely to its destination is to place it on the floor of your car. Please do not place it on the seat! Also, always support the box from below when handling it.

How should I store my cake?

Keep your cake fresh by storing it in the refrigerator in a sealed box or container. However, please let your cake sit at room temperature for about two hours (or one hour for cupcakes) before you dig in.

Are you licensed?

Yes! Happy Clementine is a licensed business and also has a Cottage Food Permit (#1052) and Food Handler’s Permit (#1567E31VHWXO1P22).
